RRCA Level I CERTIFIED RUN COACH

Hi, I’m Mary! I’m a runner, coach, mom, community volunteer, substitute teacher, and someone who gets that running isn’t always easy. I’ve completed over 40 half marathons and 4 marathons, but I’m not the fastest—and that’s never been the point for me.

I have a love-hate relationship with running. Some days I feel unstoppable, and other days I wonder why I signed up for this in the first place. But I keep coming back to it because it clears my head, makes me feel strong, and reminds me what I'm capable of. That’s the kind of experience I want to help others find.

I work primarily with women, especially those navigating perimenopause or menopause who are starting something new or getting back to running after a break. I believe anyone can be a runner. My coaching is built on positive encouragement, consistency, and helping you build a routine that supports your goals and your life.

I’ll be one of your biggest cheerleaders—but I also know that motivation comes and goes. What really keeps you going is your why. Whether your goal is to run a race, feel healthier, or just move your body with intention, I’ll help you hold onto that when things get tough.

Let’s find your happy pace, together.
